In this role, you will be responsible for:
Day-to-day maintenance, repair, and efficient operation of all building systems and equipment.
Coordinating and completing all requests for work accurately and expediently by assigning priorities, delegating to appropriate contractor, if required and following-up on completion.
Mixing, matching, and applying paint to various surfaces, completing touchups, and coordinating large painting projects. Filling cracks, holes, and joints with caulk, putty, plaster, or other fillers.
Installing wallboards to ceilings or to interior walls of buildings and applying plaster, smoothing out imperfections with trowels and shackle.
Operating systems in a safe and efficient manner in accordance with government regulatory compliance and standard operating procedures.
Complying with all policies and procedures established for the building, including safe storage, usage, and disposal of hazardous materials while maintaining a clean and safe workplace
Knowledge of plumbing, generator systems, UPS systems, HVAC systems, DC & AC Power, Fire systems and Building Management Systems a plus.
Possess the technical knowledge for the maintenance, repair and operation of mechanical, electrical and power generation equipment and various building systems.
Must be fully knowledgeable of all safety and environmental requirements associated with position.
5 years general Maintenance Worker experience required.
Must be able to perform the work with limited to no supervision.
