Property Coordinator - Lake Park

FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

As a member of The IMC Equity Team, you will continue to advance our reputation by providing exceptional service to our clients. The Property Coordinator supports the Property Manager in managing all aspects of a single property or portfolio of commercial, industrial or retail properties including marketing, operations and financial activities.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

Responding to tenant needs, ensuring that administrative and building technical staff resolve problems promptly. Ensures that services provided are in compliance with policies, procedures, regulations and contractual obligations and standards.
Performs routine property inspections. Recommends and/or approves alterations, maintenance and reconditioning as necessary. Contracts for and supervises vendor services.
At owner’s discretion, markets and provides leasing support to property showing space to prospective tenants. Coordinates tenant move-ins and move-outs, and “walks-through” spaces with tenant and tenant improvement department.
Acts as primary contact with property owners to ensure that objectives are being met. Prepares and delivers timely, accurate and complete reports.
Forecasts management plans and reviews monthly performance reports, explaining variances.
Develops business relationships through membership in professional and industry/trade organizations and participates in civic and community groups.

 

May coordinate and assign tasks to co-workers within a work unit and/or project.
Monitors and provides onsite support for Office Complex Mini Suites.
Performs other job related duties as assigned.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

To be a strong fit for the role of Property Coordinator, you will have:

2 years of experience in Property Management.
Solid computer skills including MS office applications (Word, Excel, Ppt,  Yardi, Winsen storage software).
A strong work ethic, internal drive and the desire to succeed.

Excellent interpersonal skills to work with people at all levels within the company and build relationships both internally and externally. 
Proven written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish, with a strong attention to detail.
Exceptional organizational skills.
Ability to multi-task and to work in a fast-paced high performance environment, successfully completing all projects.

Able to work with little to no supervision. 
Able to work weekends when required.  Saturday only.
